David Eichelberger
David Eichelberger recently finished a three-year term as a Resident Artist at the Penland School of Craft, in Penland, North Carolina, and is originally from Roanoke, Virginia. He received his B.F.A. from Virginia Tech, and his Masters Degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Part of the time, David teaches full time at Ferrum College, and most of the time David spends all of his time in his studio. He makes ceramic objects with a functional sentiment and a sculptural approach to form, and his work has been shown extensively throughout the U.S.
